Mesfun's expertise includes over 18 years of experience in the urban/architecture/landscape profession. Mesfun's diverse background includes working at international architectural firms and starting his design consultancy MYDSGN.ca in 2009. He has extensive knowledge of architecture, interior design, construction management and urban planning affecting residential properties. His experience in this field he has built up an incredible portfolio that offers his clients much needed support through any type of real estate transaction.


His passion for creative design-build allows him to provide his Real Estate clients with much-needed upper hand in navigating the real estate market by providing services beyond just selling or buying property including: site selection; project management; financial analysis; zoning regulations; cost estimating; economic feasibility studies and maximizing properties potential.
