He explained everything in real-world terms and helped me feel confident at every step. He never pressured me to stretch my budget. In fact, he pointed out some red flags in one house I was excited about that I hadn’t noticed at all. After placing a significant deposit with the expectation of transparency …Our experience with this agent was disappointing and highly unprofessional. After placing a significant deposit with the expectation of transparency and support, we were met with confusion, and a complete lack of accountability. We were not provided with the keys, any clear next steps, or even an explanation. To make matters worse, the agent has withheld our deposit without justification and continues to avoid communication. It has become clear that the agent is financially distressed with his own property and is attempting to extort us by unlawfully holding our large deposit. This is not only unethical but feels like a clear attempt to scam us. This level of disregard for clients is unacceptable in any professional setting, especially in real estate where trust and reliability are essential. I strongly advise others to be cautious and consider alternative agents who value professionalism, respect and ethical practices.[read more]

From the start, communication was poor — calls and emails often went unanswered for days. Took my deposit and refused to provide keys which caused unnecessary stress and confusion. The agent failed to follow through on basic responsibilities and showed a lack of transparency throughout the process. I strongly advise anyone considering working with this agent to proceed with caution and ensure you document everything.
